         Our Meeting was about increasing sense of belonging at ADMC.

 

The first point we discussed was about establishing clubs and trips

-          Jasem  suggested to make an open day for students

-          Khalid proposed that the open day should differ from week to week

-          They also suggested to make events and tournaments between other colleges

 

The next points were about building facilities and creating a social website

 

       -     Jasem proposed that the facilities should be also be open for family members

       -     Khalid suggested that when building a social website it should also include          communications between students and ADMC staff

 

Action Points:

-          The chairman gave tasks for Jasem and Khalid

-           Jasem was assigned to choose the most suitable way for us to collecting carnation

-          Khalid was assigned to collect information after Jasem choose the appropriate may

-          I was tasked to send those information to the chairman

307 Meeting Reflection

We meet in class W104 at Abu Dhabi Men’s College in 5th November 2012 Monday at 3:45pm with my team. We took about the topic teacher give it about Sense of belonging and college spirit at ADMC.  My team creates some points and debates it. These points are doing activities and events that join students. And arranging trips make open day and sports day. Also building facilities for students plus create a social network website. My team create some idea can help student and staff at ADMC. Some of these choose and Friday to do it open day with some activities. Also to choose someone of the team to start to work for survey and other do it a report for result it.

So for to take the topic in practice meeting what I choose the topic and what the graded meeting teacher give it before the meeting and take a few minutes to thing and write the agenda, that is so difficult to write appoints for agenda a few minutes. It’s very good to think fast and get more idea at the few minutes.

In future when I think to do the meeting as a manager for the company, before I will to set and thinking which topic need it to put in agenda first to chat with member and give it more time of meeting to write the ideas and solution of it. Also to give it the members time to explain about the topic and gave it the idea.
